Note: The t-shirt deadline is March 23, 2023. Registration has no deadline; participants may register for most projects through the Week of Service itself. However, for in-person activities, be sure to register early if possible!

To participate, please follow these instructions:

First, self-enroll in this Canvas course by clicking here.

Second, review the project opportunities below and then "sign up" for your project (you can do more than one if you would like!) by clicking the sign-up link in each project (make sure you complete any necessary registration through the organization itself, as well). You must be enrolled in the course (first step) to sign up.

Third, if you would like to register for a free t-shirt, please do so before 4:00pm on Wednesday, March 23 (deadline extended), by clicking hereand filling out the survey.

Fourth, please fill out the Waiver before you begin your Week of Service project. Read the instructions for submission very carefully. If you wish to do this in person instead, please email bcarter@stchas.edu

Fifth, starting April 9, I will open the links for volunteers to submit their work. When you have completed your project(s) (all work must be complete by the end of the Week of Service), please upload evidence of your work (a picture or screenshot, a short paragraph about your experience, a time log, confirmation from an organization, etc) to the assignment link for the project you signed up to complete.

Finally, Pick up your t-shirt at the Library Circulation desk (LRC) - I will post an announcement when they are available.
